1. Requests can be initiated via contact form in our website www.bywoman.art by filling up the form on homepage under ‘Commissions’ or via emails at contact@bywoman.art.

2. Don't forget to mention the art code of the artwork. We can then reach out to the said artist.

Terms for Commissions

1. No refunds on commissioned works are offered (see 2 of our Refund Policy).

2. Work on a commission shall commence only after: A thorough clarity of our processes is achieved by the customer.

3. A final formal order is placed by the customer via email.A token advance of 50% of the agreed price is duly paid by the customer.

4. A timeline is agreed upon during processing of the order. The timeline for delivery of a commissioned work will depend on the work requested, differ with every order and not be the same as off-the-shelf artworks.

Important: All commissions are undertaken only once the customer achieves thorough understanding of timeline of work & delivery.
