All our artworks are made by hand. Thereby each piece is unique & slightly different from each other. Any irregularities that are a characteristic of a sincerely handmade piece of art are not considered a defect.
We do not offer refunds on commissioned works (see 2).
If any of the above mentioned conditions is met please notify us at customerhelp.bywoman@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order supported with high-resolution images/videos of unboxing & the artwork. Please note photo & video proof is mandatory for refund processing.
The by Woman team holds the right to not accept refund requests in case the artwork is used or damaged by the customer or if the above mentioned conditions (see 2) are not met. Refund requests are subject to an inspection by the team and processed only upon passing said inspection. by Woman shall take up to 20 working days to perform a quality check and process the refund after receiving the artwork at one of our warehouses. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Refund Policy.
